Product launching is super exciting and important moment for successful sells.
Good product launch takes between 2-4 months. During this time it is important to follow the pre-programed “attack strategy” and stay in tune with the budget.
A lot of sellers, online and offline, miscalculate the importance of defining a budget for the launching campaigns.
Each product need to have its own launch. each product needs to be discover by the mass market. Each ASIN needs to have its own identity. We, as sellers, need to create the digital “spider net” that will allow our products to be discovered and purchase.
There are many ways to launch a product on Amazon or on your online store, each with his own creativity and knowledge.

1. Quality Pictures – the first thing when we buy online is the visuals – We buy with our eyes and then start reading the titles or the descriptions. Be sure that your product looks amazing when you build your listing.
Use ONLY high quality pictures by hiring professional product photographer that can guaranty you high-end quality pictures. This is probably one of the most important investment that you need to consider when you do your budget.
Get at least 7-9 pictures that show the different aspects of the product; how to use the it, technical profile, benefit, resistant, life style etc.

If your product is sourced from China – DON’T USE THE SAME PICTURES FROM THE CHINEASE SUPPLIER!
Keywords – Keywords are the main focus while creating your listing. Take your time and do your research and find the main keywords for your product. Do a list of the good long tail keywords and the short tail keywords. Build your copy / listing integrating those “gold” keywords. Be commercial, let the buyer understand the functionality of your product, explain all main technical details ( size, measurement, ingredients, how to use it etc.), emphasize the day by day benefits of your product.
2. Competitive Price –pricing has a major impact on sells. Medium price or high price can dramatically slow our sells unless your product is super unique and you are the only one that sell it.
Keep your price low for the first 3-4 months. 5%-10% less then your competitors – Consider it as an investment. Forget about going breakeven – if you want to have good reviews in a short time and get first page organic rank you need to set a super competitive price. Once you’ll gain a solid sells volume per day and 20-30 good reviews (4.5 start and up) – start raising the price.
3. Aggressive PPC Campaigns –Launching a product is like a sophisticated war games. You need to attack strategically with all your weapons.
Once you’ve got your product ready to ship and your listing is nice and tight it’s time for launching. If your product is the DIY category – use Amazon PPC and Google Ads.
The main 2 platforms for buyers are Amazon for shopping and Google for services.
Ads on Instagram or Facebook are very useful for brand awareness but it is a complementary in terms of sells compare to the main PPC platforms as Google and Amazon.

Budget:
One of the most important thing when launching a product is the data that we receive while analyzing the PPC campaigns. Launching with low budget is doable but potentially bring slow progress and not a lot of data.
